1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and drilling on Sakana Drill, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. User Accounts
To submit results to leaderboards, access standing metrics, or featured badge options, you must log in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and handles. Any gaming or automation of the leaderboard entries (e.g. scripts submitting false speed runs) is strictly prohibited and subject to account restriction.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Sakana Drill solely for personal learning and training. You may not modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of this platform without written consent.
4. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue the training tools, achievements, or leaderboard scoring systems at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for modifications.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sakana Drill is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding performance, correctness, or availability. Use of this application is at your own discretion and risk.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
